Questions

Isn't Spotify enough?: Consumer streaming subscriptions are for personal, non-commercial use. Playing music in business premises needs a commercial licence. 27 Sky Venues is that licence, plus the player.
Do I still need a collecting-society licence (COMPASS, RIPS, PRS, ASCAP…)?: Not for our catalogue: 27 Sky holds the rights and licenses you directly. If you also play other music (radio, other streaming services), that music needs its own licences.
What does it cost?: S$49 per venue per month, or S$39 per venue per month when 3 or more venues are on one account. Month to month, cancel anytime. Every account starts with a 30-day trial.
What's on the certificate?: Venue name and address, the licence period, the catalogue scope, and a certificate number with an online verification link, so anyone who asks can check it in seconds.
Can I cancel?: Yes. It's month to month; cancel anytime from your dashboard and the licence runs to the end of the paid period.
What about multiple outlets?: Each outlet gets its own certificate. Accounts with 3 or more outlets pay the lower S$39 per venue rate.
What kind of music?: Melodic house, future bass and downtempo from the 27 Sky catalogue — instrumental-led, curated into playlists by mood and time of day so you can pick 'morning', 'workout' or 'evening' and leave it running.
Does it work on bad Wi-Fi?: The current playlist is cached on the device, so playback continues through short outages and picks up where it left off when the connection returns.
