27 Sky Venues terms

These terms govern the licence granted by 27 Sky (“the licensor”) to the business named on a certificate (“the licensee”).

1. What is licensed

Public performance of the sound recordings and musical works in the 27 Sky Venues catalogue within the premises named on the certificate, for the period shown. The licence is non-exclusive and non-transferable and covers only that catalogue.

2. What is not licensed

Any other music played on the premises (radio, other streaming services, live performance) is outside this licence and needs its own permissions. Recording, redistributing or synchronising the catalogue is not permitted.

3. Fees and term

S$49 per venue per month, or S$39 per venue per month for accounts with 3 or more venues, billed monthly after a 30-day trial. Either party may cancel at any time; the licence runs to the end of the paid period. Certificates for a lapsed or revoked subscription are void.

4. Rights

The licensor warrants that it controls the master and publishing rights in every track it makes available through the player and that no track in the catalogue is administered by a collective management organisation for public performance.

5. Data

Play events (which track played, where, when) are recorded to allocate royalties within the catalogue. Account and billing details are handled by the licensor and its payment processor.
